Firearms Consignment Terms & Conditions

 

        1. Consignment Agreement
        • All firearms listed under consignment are the property of the consignor until sold.
        • The consignor agrees to allow the seller to list, market, and sell the firearm(s) on GunBroker.
        • The consignor affirms that they are the lawful owner of the firearm(s) and have the legal right to sell.
        1. Compliance with Laws
        • All transactions will comply with federal, state, and local firearm laws.
        • Firearms will only be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
        • Buyers must provide all required documentation and pass background checks where applicable.
        • All firearms are acquired by Palmetto Reliance LLC per ATF guidelines and only transferred to lawful FFL addresses.
        1. Listing and Marketing
        • The seller will create listings on GunBroker with accurate descriptions and photographs.
        • The seller will determine the listing price based on market conditions and firearm evaluation.
        • The consignor must disclose any known defects, modifications, or issues with the firearm(s).
        • The seller reserves the right to refuse consignment of any firearm deemed unsafe or unlawful.
        1. Pricing and Fees
        • The seller will determine the listing price in consultation with the consignor.
        • The final payment to the consignor will be the sold price less the GunBroker fee and a 15% consignment fee.
        • Additional fees (e.g., shipping, transfer) may apply and will be disclosed.
        1. Payment
        • Payment to the consignor will be issued within 14 business days after the firearm has been sold and funds have cleared.
        • Payment will be made via check, electronic transfer, or other agreed-upon method.
        1. Shipping and Transfer
        • All firearms will be shipped to the buyer’s designated FFL dealer.
        • The seller will handle packaging and shipping, with costs deducted from the sale proceeds.
        • The consignor is responsible for delivering the firearm(s) to the seller or designated FFL.
        • Should the firearm not sell, the consignor/owner is required to submit a valid ATF Form 4473 upon return.
        1. Liability
        • The seller is not liable for delays caused by GunBroker, shipping carriers, or background check processes.
        • The consignor is responsible for ensuring the firearm(s) are in lawful condition for sale.
        • The seller is not responsible for damages or defects undisclosed by the consignor.
        1. Termination
        • Either party may terminate the consignment agreement prior to listing.
        • If the consignor chooses to terminate the agreement prior to listing, a flat $50 administrative fee will be charged to cover intake, compliance, and processing costs.
        • Once a firearm is listed, termination requires written notice and may incur additional fees.
        1. Dispute Resolution
        • Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved under the laws of the state in which the seller operates.
        • Arbitration or mediation may be used before pursuing legal remedies.

By consigning firearms for sale through GunBroker, the consignor acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
